Bug report: Apps now work offline again

Three weeks ago, our October release started preventing newly-installed apps from working offline. This issue has now been fixed.

Our October release introduced a number of new features, notably support for formatted text and the ability to open reports directly from apps. It also sadly prevented apps from working offline due to changes we made unrelated to the new features.

Many of you have been unaffected by this problem, as apps downloaded for offline use continued to function if the device was not connected to the Internet. Newly installed apps did suffer from this problem, though.

This issue has now been fixed. Be sure to reload any apps you have installed through your web browser or remove them from your home screen and then add them back. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
