Returns the sum of the squared differences between the corresponding elements of the given two arrays.

Returns 27 ((1 - 4)^2 + (2 - 5)^2 + (3 - 6)^2(1 - 4)^2 + (2 - 5)^2 + (3 - 6)^2).
